What's Captured

Each signature automatically records:

  • Signature image - The actual drawing
  • Timestamp - Exact date and time
  • IP address - For audit trail
  • Device info - Browser and OS
  • User name - If logged in

Multiple Signatures

You can add multiple signature fields to a single form:

  • Worker signature
  • Supervisor signature
  • Client signature
  • Witness signature

Each signature is captured and timestamped independently.

Legal Note

BLDR e-signatures comply with the ESIGN Act and UETA, making them legally binding in the United States for most business purposes.

Signatures in PDF Reports

When you export to PDF, signatures appear exactly as drawn, along with the timestamp showing when the signature was captured.
